The service

COMN provides software that helps service businesses follow up with their leads, answer questions, and book appointments, including optional integrations such as calendar and messaging providers.

Accounts and acceptable use

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the offers and information they publish through the platform, for obtaining any consents required to message their leads, and for complying with applicable messaging and privacy laws.

Integrations

Connecting a third-party integration (for example Google Calendar or Twilio) authorizes COMN to access that service on the business’s behalf strictly to operate the connected feature. Integrations can be disconnected at any time from the settings page.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMN disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
