Who we are

COMN ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered lead follow-up and booking platform for service businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information across our website and platform, including integrations our business customers connect (such as Google Calendar).

Information we collect

From our business customers: account and business profile information, offer and funnel content, and the customer conversations our platform manages on their behalf.

From leads who submit a form: the contact details and answers they choose to provide, used solely to deliver the follow-up and booking service the business offers them.

From connected integrations: only the data needed to operate the feature the business enabled.

Google Calendar data

When a business connects Google Calendar, we request read access to calendar availability, the ability to create and manage the booking events our platform makes, and the ability to create a dedicated bookings calendar when the business asks for one. We use this access solely to (1) read free/busy availability so the assistant can offer appointment times, (2) create, update, or cancel the booking events it schedules, and (3) create and manage only the calendars our app created.

We do not read the content of unrelated events beyond availability, do not use Google user data for advertising, and do not sell it. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, access is limited to the automated booking feature (no human reads calendar data in the ordinary course), and a business can disconnect at any time from their settings page, which revokes our access.

COMN's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

To operate the platform: sending and receiving messages on behalf of the business, scheduling appointments, generating the analytics we show the business about its own leads, and improving reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as the business account is active or as needed to provide the service. Businesses can request deletion of their account data, including disconnecting integrations, by contacting us.
